Motrain allows you to run reports from a variety of sources.

All Players:

The Players menu displays all of the Players in the entire account.  You can filter the players by using the arrows at the top of each column.  In the example below, the Total Coins earned over time have been applied.  You can also download the table as a CSV.

Reporting Types:

Specific reporting types can be found under the Transactions left-side menu.  You can also gather Team (cohort/audience) and Store-specific reporting.  Reports can be downloaded via CSV.

Motrain allows you to run reports on the following events/actions:

  1. Bid won

  2. Bid placed

  3. Coins expired

  4. Coins gained

  5. Contribution made (Fundraisers)

  6. Item purchased

  7. Order completed

  8. Order message sent

  9. Raffle ticket purchased

  10. Raffle won

Coins Gained By Activity:

When filtering transaction types by “Coins Gained”, you can apply an additional filter “Award type”.  This allows you to run reports filtered by how coins were earned, then export via CSV.  The award types are:

  1. Activity completed

  2. Course completed

  3. Friend referral

  4. Manual award

  5. Welcome coins

Reporting Periods:

Reporting periods can be selected for up to six months.

Team Transactions:

Reports can be run on each Team (cohort/audience in the LMS).  Only dashboard users with access to the Team will be able to run reports.

Store Transactions:

Reports can be run on each Store.  Only dashboard users with access to the Store will be able to run reports.

Store Item Transactions:

Transactional data on each item can be viewed by clicking on the item name.

Account Transactions:

Reporting is available for the entire account, providing the dashboard user has permission to access the Transaction menu.  The same reporting Type, Award Type, Date filter, and CSV export is available.
