Enable Problems:
Check to make sure your server whitelists the motrainapp.com domain. If this domain is not whitelisted, your firewall will prevent the plugin from being enabled. If you follow the installation steps correctly, it will auto-enable like this:
Display Problems:
If you are having trouble getting the Motrain store to display in Moodle, we suggest trying a different Moodle theme.
There are hundreds of Moodle themes, many of which look nice but can have underlying bugs. In some cases, these themes do not properly display the Motrain iframe. You can test this by selecting a different Moodle theme.
For example, the Cocoon Theme by Edumy is known to have a problem displaying Motrain. We suggest choosing a different theme.
