Order method - Voucher code

Voucher code overview:

• You can upload a list of any codes
• When a player orders a code, they will be sent a unique code from the list you provide
  
• For each order, the Item ID and SKU do not change
• The code is provided to the player when they complete their order
• The code is also sent via Motrain's email (if enabled), via webhook, or Moodle/Totara email

Step 1: 

For any Item Type (Purchase, Raffle, Auction etc), you can set the order type to Voucher code:

We recommend setting the "Number of items" to the same number of voucher codes you'll upload.

Step 2:

After the item is created, click on "Import vouchers":

Step 3:

Create or source your voucher codes and copy/paste them into the window.  Then click "Import". 

The item is now set up to award each unique code every time a player orders this item.

When the player clicks on "CLAIM NOW," the code will be revealed:

The code is marked as "Claimed" and recorded in the transactions on the dashboard.

Note:  You can add/import/delete voucher codes as needed. 

The webhook redemption.voucherClaimed fires.  You can use this to send transactional emails to your learners:

If you're using Moodle/Totara, the plugin will send an email on your site's behalf.  Please ensure you have disabled Motrain's email communication under the Motrain Account Settings.
