Managing Players

Note:  Your access to Players depends on your role.

Manage players and their orders across the entire organization's account.

Add Coins:

You can add coins to players for any reason.  For example, you might want to give players coins for posting a particular hashtag on social media.  Use the Actions button or the three dots to do so.

Under Award type, you can categorize the coin award.  This will be reflected in the player's transactions.

The Player's Page: Click on a Player's name.  This page allows you to edit/delete the player, add coins, manage orders, and view transactions.

PRO TIP:  Under the Actions button (top right), you can view/access the Player's Store.  You can act as the Player as though you are logged in as them.  This can be useful to view the items available to this Player or to order items on their behalf.

Purge (Delete) Inactive Players:

Warning:  All Player data and history will be deleted once the Player has been purged.

Remove Players that have been inactive for three months or longer.  To be flagged as inactive in the selected time frames, a Player must not have:

1. Earned coins

2. Spent coins

3. Pending orders

4. Pending raffle draws/auctions

Since your account size is limited by the number of active users, removing inactive players will free up space for new players.

NOTE:  When using Moodle/Totara, you must also:

1. Remove the Player from the cohort/audience

2. Delete the Player from the Player mapping in the Motrain block.
