Import coins to players

You can bulk upload coins to Players via a CSV.

1.  Select the Team you are uploading the coins to, then click on Import coins:

2.  Select the CSV file to upload.  The CSV must follow these guidelines:

• the column header must contain the exact words 'email' and 'coins' as per the image below

• enter the email addresses of the players in the 'email' column.  The email address must be exactly the same as the one on their Player profile.
  
  
• enter the number of coins to award each player in the 'coins' column.  These coins will be added to the Player's wallet and the total coins earned
  
  
• if you want to adjust the "Total Coins Earned" by a player, you can create another column titled 'total_coins'.  Note:  this does not add coins to the player's wallet.  This SETS the total coins earned.  Adjusting this value may change the Player's Level. 
  
  
• it does not matter if there are other filled columns on the sheet

Pro Tip:

If you want to import coins to the existing users on the dashboard, go to the users listing page, then click "Export CSV".  This sheet will have the Player's email addresses and current coin count.  Simply edit the "coins" column as needed, save the file, then use it in the Import Coins tool.

Troubleshooting:

There are a number of different CSV file types.  If your CSV is not being accepted, please try creating a comma delimited version.  Another option is to create the CSV on Google Sheets, and use that file for upload.
